Meet the Founder

Oakley
Hussey

Oakley Hussey brings a rare combination of high-level playing experience, deep industry connections, and a coaching philosophy rooted in accountability. As the head coach of Idaho Air Raid 7v7, he's developed some of the region's most explosive talent — athletes who go on to earn scholarships, win state championships, and compete at the next level.

His approach is simple: meet athletes where they are, but never let them stay there. Every session is built on measurable progress. Every rep has a standard. From sprint mechanics to position-specific skills, Oakley coaches with the same intensity he expects from his athletes.

What sets him apart isn't just what he knows — it's who he's learned from. Oakley has trained alongside and studied under some of the best speed and strength coaches in the country. He brings that knowledge back to Idaho Falls and pours it into every athlete who walks through the door.

Our Philosophy

Philosophy

Faster . Quicker . Sharper . Stronger

Philosophy is simple. Our job as a program is to make you, not break you. We want our athletes to enjoy training. When athletes enjoy training, they buy in, and when they buy in — they progress quicker and easier.

The philosophy is built on the belief that speed is the foundation of athletic performance. It is the biggest and most powerful force the body can create and handle. Every element of this program is designed to prioritize quality over exhaustion — training is not about breaking athletes down, but about building them up with purpose, precision, and progression. Sessions are intentionally structured to develop the tools necessary to win: the ability to utilize max velocity, movement efficiency, explosive power, and reactive ability, while reinforcing proper mechanics, long-term athletic growth, and injury prevention.

Everything we work on, on the turf, is reflected in the weightroom.

The weightroom should support speed, not compete with it.

Development goes far beyond physical performance. Training is a vehicle to build discipline, confidence, and character. Athletes are pushed, but never burned out, and progress is guided through measurable data to ensure training is effective and safe.

Our role is not just to coach performance, but to positively impact each athlete's life, guide them on their path, and help them earn success through consistent effort and accountability.

What We Stand For

Our Core
Values

Locally Rooted

We're from here. We live here. We train here. Everything we do is built for the athletes of Eastern Idaho, by people who understand this community because they're part of it.

Proven by Results

We measure everything. If an athlete is getting faster, the numbers show it. If a program isn't working, we change it. Our system is built on data, not opinions.

Athlete First

Every decision we make starts with one question: does this help the athlete? Not the brand. Not the bottom line. The athlete. Always.

The Community

This Is
Who We Serve

We believe in this town and in the young men and women who represent it. From football players earning D1 scholarships to multi-sport athletes signing their college commitments — every athlete who walks through our doors gets the same commitment to excellence.

Our athletes come from across Eastern Idaho. They play different sports. They have different goals. But they share one thing: the drive to be better than they were yesterday.

We're proud to be rooted in this community, and we're committed to continuing to build a culture that supports the next generation of athletes for years to come.
